How are deposits paid and how do we pay the final amount?
Deposit are done trough Zelle or Venmo and it is NONREFUNDABLE. Final payment is due the day of the session in cash.
what is your rescheduling policy?
I allow ONE reschedule, and I can honor a deposit up to 2 months. If by any chance you would have to reschedule a second time another deposit will have to be paid and it does not go towards the final payment.
What is the turnaround time?
Galleries are delivered 2-3 weeks from when the session was taken. On occasion it may take 4 weeks but I will typically mention if that's the case.
DO you allow outfit changes?
Yes, you are allowed 2 outfits for your session.
How Many Pictures will I receive?
As I state in the pricing, all sessions will get 30 high resolution/edited images but there are many times, if possible I will give you more than the 30 images.
Do you travel outside of the Bay Area?
Yes, I do travel outside the Bay Area. Traveling fee is $350. (This is only for photoshoots, for wedding please inquire)
What is your late policy?
I allow a 10-15 min grace period, if you are 30min or more late to your session it will just cut down your session or cancel.
Do you work with clients in regards to pricing?
Absolutely, I have always worked with my clients in regards to payment. The initial deposit is due to secure date, the day of session 50% of remaining balance is due in cash, the other 50% will be due once gallery is done and payment will need to be sent through Zelle or Venmo prior me emailing you the gallery.
